Emily is 2! Minnie Mouse Birthday!

Emily's second birthday was a hard pill for me to swallow. I got a bit emotional this year...not sure why. Maybe it's b/c she isn't a baby at all anymore. She is definitely a big girl now in all aspects. She is wearing panties now, which I haven't posted about yet, but I will soon! It is just so different this year. Her party was an absolute blast this year! We invited a ton of her friends this year, and had a good turn out, about 10 kids. It was great to see her interact with her friends and how they have their own conversations, how they recognize each other and hug each other. It is soo cute and amazing!
Happy birthday big girl.
Mommy and Daddy love you very much and we are so proud of all your accomplishments and we are proud of the little lady you are turning into!
(pictures are in reverse order as usual....sorry!)

This is the shirt that I made Emily this year for her birthday. It says Emily and it is wearing Minnie Mouse ears.

Her cake. The cupcakes were chocolate and white, both with black frosting and pink bows. The bows didn't turn out as I ordered them..but they were okay. I wanted it to look more like ears, hence the black frosting, and minnie mouse hair bows....they just didn't get my creativity! Oh well! The cake was marbled with chocolate and vanilla. It was super yummy! I was pleased!

My little birthday monster posin with her cake!
Thank you Grandma, Grandpa Pat, Great Uncle Harry, Grandad, Nana, Uncle Andrew and Aunt Shanon and all her friends for making this an awesome birthday!!
(Sorry I didn't get ANY pictures of you guys with the birthday girl!!!)
I guess I get too wrapped up in the excitement!
We are off to Ash Flat this weekend for my 1o year HS reunion and then off the Texas the following weekend for Andrew and Shannon's wedding. and two weeks after that....VEGAS!
Hope you all have enjoyed sharing this with us!
Oh ya, and sorry the pictures are so dark! My flash broke sometime during the party! I got a new camera, though, so I am ready for the next time! :)
