First of all, I had two pics to post of Em. She is such a happy baby and we are so lucky for that! Here she is showing off her pulling up skills and proud of it.

Now on to the title of the post. Emily got invited to a birthday party, her second invite thus far, but her first attendance. The little girl that was having the party was turning 7. I work with her daddy and he invited Emily and a few other of my co-worker's kid's to come. There were kids of all ages at this party. It is really nice to get together and see these kids...I have watched them all grow for some time now and it amazes me to see how big they have gotten! Anyway, Emily attended her first party at Jump Zone here in Bentonville. It has a bunch of the inflatable buildings, slides, ball pits, jump...things, whatever..use your imagination...., indoors. They have rooms that you can reserve and have parties there. There is a toddler area and bigger kid area....like me!, so everyone can have fun. Since, at the time, Emily wasn't mobile yet, and especially since she can't walk yet, I went on a few of the rides with her. She would just laugh and laugh when we bounced or when we went down the slides.
Here is a pick of Emily "bouncing". Daddy was gracious enough to help her out!
Riding some of the toddler toys
This is the Sesame Street town for toddlers. Emily was too small to go in this one..well, frankly I was too big to go in this one. The weight limit on this one was 75 pounds, and I am sorry, but I don't think I was ever 75 pounds...so Emily had to enjoy this one from the outside.
After pizza came the good stuff, cake and ice cream. We don't eat many sweets, and we certainly don't keep them in the house, so it was a treat for us all. Emily got her first taste of icing, but, just a bite. It was getting late, and we sure didn't want her to get all fired up!!!!
