Emily pooped and pee peed in the potty!!!
She did it the day before her 13 month birthday!
We are day 5 into potty training Emily. Now, before some of you get all crazy with the "isn't it too soon"? or "are you sure she's ready?" we are only acting on her reactions and thus far, we have been totally successful! Emily has pooped and peed in the potty several times and today was her first day back to school since the long weekend. I was nervous how potty time would go at school, but of the 5 times they took her to the potty, she went 2 times. She is really catching on! Just now, before bath time, she went pee pee again! We are so proud of her. We refuse to push her in any direction of her life, unless it is truly something that she wants to do. If she decided that this wasn't for her, then we would be happy to stop. (Secretly, I hope she keeps up the great success!!!)
Today I spoke with her teachers who are thinking of sending her to the upper class, since she is the only one in the nursery that is potty training at this time...I'll keep you posted on that as well! What a big girl!!!
